3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Appointment Bookings

  • Appointments booked through the Platform are between you and the healthcare provider.
  • We facilitate the booking process but are not a party to the doctor-patient relationship.
  • Consultation fees, cancellation policies, and medical outcomes are the responsibility of the respective healthcare provider.
  • We do not guarantee doctor availability or appointment confirmation.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
